Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspiring and guiding your team to uphold high standards and achieve results aligned with the business strategy.
  • Collaborating with your Cluster Manager to review performance metrics and establish key actions and priorities that drive store success, while keeping your team informed about overall performance.
  • Fostering a culture of pride within the store, ensuring that both employee and customer areas are maintained to a high standard, while adhering to safety and legal regulations.
  • Encouraging a learning environment that emphasizes support and recognition, identifying opportunities for personal development, product knowledge enhancement, and self-awareness among team members.
  • Partnering with Head Office to leverage your understanding of the local market to maximize community engagement and opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail leadership or a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment, with a solid understanding of key performance indicators.
  • A proactive approach to leadership, demonstrating a willingness to engage directly with the team on the sales floor.
  • Flexibility to assist other locations as needed, showcasing adaptability in your management style.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and engagingly across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in facilitating employee training and development, motivating teams through an inclusive and engaging approach.
