About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food Service Manager to join our team at Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring brand standards are maintained and guest experiences are consistently high-quality.
  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the restaurant, bar, and conference & events areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service and ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with food and beverage trends, best practices, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, and food trends, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
