We are in search of an experienced HR Business Partner to join a team of four, reporting directly to the Head of HR, and providing support to a large department comprising approximately 1000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering value to key stakeholders to assist in achieving their strategic people objectives.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to leadership and line management throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Managing sensitive and complex employee relations casework.
  • Overseeing workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive people plans.
  • Executing equality, diversity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence across HR and Corporate Services on strategic projects and people initiatives.
