**Store Operations and Sales Manager**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at GAME. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing product information and recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and identifying opportunities to reduce stock levels.
- Store Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store, including merchandising displays, maintaining store fixtures, and ensuring that the store is clean and tidy.
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong background in sales, operations, and customer service.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business or a related field preferred.
