As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our luxury hotel. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsabilités
  • Facilitate effective communication between the front office, reservations, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Clean and maintain all bedrooms and public areas to the highest standards, adhering to our rigorous quality control procedures.
  • Store and manage linen correctly, ensuring timely delivery and return to our designated linen company.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with our company procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Process and manage housekeeping orders, delivery notes, and other related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
