We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead New Forest. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility
- Assist clients with shopping, meal preparation, and other domestic tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, social engagements, and other activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as the nature of the role requires travel between client visits
- A professional approach and a passion for delivering high-quality care
- Consistent availability, with a minimum of 10-25 hours per week
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- The right to work in the UK
