Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 11 to deliver a seamless service to customers
- Maximise profit and minimise loss through effective management
- Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand
- Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive sales margin and profit targets
- Develop colleagues through delivery of technical training and coaching
- Meet compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality
- Experience of exceeding customer metrics targets through effective management
- Experience of delivering coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
- Management experience, including managing capability and performance
- Experience of developing colleagues through delivery of technical training
- Track record of success in delivering against sales targets
