About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Specialist to join our UK Impact Assessment department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating statutory EIA and non-statutory environmental assessment processes for major development proposals across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and coordinate environmental baseline data collection, interpretation of data, and collaboration with colleagues and co-professionals to communicate environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development.
  • Develop relationships with Ramboll colleagues, supply chain partners, and clients to drive sustainable change.
  • Report writing, efficient peer review of reporting, and coordination of management of spatial data, including preparation of figures.
  • Coordinate and manage key technical and commercial aspects of project delivery.
  • Advise clients on strategy for stakeholder engagement and public consultation and participate in both.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in environmental sciences, environmental engineering, or a related environmental discipline. Prior EIA coordination experience on complex projects is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also required.
