**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor. As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and clients in achieving their housing goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Conduct Homes England affordability checks on behalf of Housing Associations
* Review essential information to find lenders that are suitable to the needs of our customers
* Gather and understand documentation required to progress customer cases forward
* Provide excellent customer service and support

**Career Development Opportunities**

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the mortgage industry. You will be supported in achieving your CeMAP qualification, which is paid for by the company. Upon successful completion, you will be provided with additional training before advising your own customers under supervision.

**Requirements**
