Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team at 4Way Recruitment. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field-based colleagues, including engineers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with key clients to enhance internal and external working relationships.
- Complete a daily checklist, maintaining an audit trail of activities and reporting back to the Scheduling Supervisor.
- Monitor engineer activity, ensuring early dispatch and attendance of jobs, and maintaining regular communication throughout the day.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with engineers.
- Add clear notes to our scheduling system.
- Update client portals and helpdesks in line with specific account instructions.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process and manage email and phone messages within service level agreements.
- Develop a strong understanding of geographical regions and engineer coverage.
- Schedule work within designated areas, adhering to service level agreements using our scheduling software.
- Book works with sites in accordance with customer and site requirements.
- Process orders to ensure timely completion of work.
- Proactively manage workload and ensure areas are clear of jobs at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in scheduling, planning, or coordinating roles.
- Experience in scheduling field-based colleagues, such as engineers.
