Assistant Secretary for a Leading Company

BWW Recruitment is representing a prominent FTSE 250 organization in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Assistant Secretary. This role is essential for providing assistance in the governance of subsidiary operations as well as core PLC functions, including year-end activities.
As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for fostering and sustaining effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders throughout the organization, engaging with individuals at various levels.

The successful applicant will possess approximately five years of experience in a professional or regulated setting, ideally as a qualified company secretary.
Familiarity with critical elements of the regulatory landscape is advantageous, including knowledge of relevant aspects of the Companies Act, Market Abuse Regulation, Listing Rules, and Disclosure Rules & Transparency Guidelines.
