We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrator to join our team at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our delivery team, you will provide administrative support to our Employment Advisors and Trainers, ensuring the smooth delivery of our employment advice and training services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first point of contact for participants, assessing their initial needs and directing them to the most appropriate form of support
- Manage diaries, room bookings, and participant databases, as well as prepare training rooms and collate records of training attendance
- Undertake general administration and support duties, including creating reports and issuing local marketing and communications
- Ensure the centre's reception area offers a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, a minimum ability at L2 / GCSE level in English and Math's, and experience of using Microsoft office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. A Business Administration Qualification is desirable but not essential.
