Blue Arrow is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. As a Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Estates and Procurement Services in managing important procurements and projects for Stranmillis University College.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with tendering, evaluation, placement, and monitoring of designated corporate contracts.
  • Provide support to key strategic projects and advise College staff on achieving optimum 'value for money'.
  • Help ensure that allocated procurements are progressed in line with public sector procurement policies and regulations.
  • Offer guidance on the preparation and development of business cases and procurement matters.
Requirements:
  • Working towards an MCIPS qualification with at least one year's related experience of procurement, tendering, and contract management processes.
  • Able to demonstrate 2 years' relevant experience of procurement, tendering, and contract management processes.
