Job Type: Permanent, Full Time hours per week plus overtime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team at Lynton. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our medical and aesthetic devices are maintained in excellent working condition through scheduled maintenance visits, repair call-out visits, and new product installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality technical service, including routine maintenance and repair call-out support for Lynton's customers, including hospitals, clinics, and salons.
  2. Perform maintenance checks, such as electrical testing and optical alignment, across the entire product range.
  3. Record keeping and completion of all associated test and inspection sheets, conforming with Medical Devices Regulations.
  4. Delivery and collection of products to support sales demonstrations and/or trade exhibitions.
  5. Create a positive customer experience and maintain excellent communication.

Requirements:

Technical field service or other engineering/maintenance-related position.

Qualifications/Training:

Science / Engineering degree
