Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Reception Team Member to join our dynamic team at Staycity Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
