Position Overview:

As a key member of our geology and hydrogeology department at MJCA, you will be involved in a range of projects in the mineral and waste sector, including the assessment of the impacts of land development on water resources and water quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Field monitoring and data collection
  • Planning and supervising site investigation works
  • Preparation of reports, including detailed quantitative risk assessments and hydrogeological models
  • Implementation of remediation solutions

The role will be a mix of office-based and site-based work, requiring a UK driving license. You will work closely with our environmental planning and permitting departments to provide technical support and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field monitoring and data collection to inform project decisions
  • Develop and implement site investigation plans to ensure effective data collection
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders, including quantitative risk assessments and hydrogeological models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement remediation solutions

Requirements:
