Events Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Events Waiter/Waitress to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court. As an Events Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our events, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and clear down event spaces, ensuring every detail is considered and executed to perfection.
  • Support the event service team in delivering high standards of service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to cleanup.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high standards of service.

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with events is desirable, but not essential, as full training can be provided.
