Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data entry within HRIS systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and improve workplace dynamics.
  • Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
