SF Recruiting are partnering with a growing, secure business who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

You will work with a small friendly HR team. The role is varied and fast paced, but they have fun while at work.

This role would suit someone that has worked within a busy HR office previously who has had some exposure to employee relations. Leading on cases but also coaching and developing managers.

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000

Hours: 40 per week (flex start time between 7am-8:30am) Onsite 5 days per week

Free parking onsite.

Role
- To lead and manage the day to day HR issues, and work closely with the HR Admin office role
- Prepare weekly payroll
- Employee Relations - Grievance, Disciplinary, Investigations
- Work closely with all Managers on site.
- Deal with any employee questions
- Manage the full employee life cycle
- HR related projects as and when required
- Creating policies / forms
- Manage Occupational Health appointments/referrals
- Absence management

You will only be considered if you have previous HR experience. CIPD desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
