Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a commercially focussed, proactive and flexible HR service across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective HR advisory service to Operational Managers on the site.
- Lead on day-to-day absence issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters and recruitment.
- Guide managers through employee relations cases, intervening and steering in the appropriate direction.
- Manage recruitment of all Factory based staff and co-ordinate and manage through to conclusion, all other non-factory-based recruitment.
- Ensure all employees are trained appropriately for their roles and that succession plans are in place.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
