Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, warm, and service-oriented Cocktail Server to join our team. As a key member of our bars team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience
  • Work across both the Punch Room and Lobby bar, serving a wide range of cocktails and drinks
  • Develop a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high standards
  • Be flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a luxury or upscale environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
