As a Cocktail Server at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London you will play an integral part in facilitating an experience like London has never known. Be a part of our exclusive opening of the New Abar Rooftop.

Within your role at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Offering drink selection upon arrival of guests.
  • Inquiring if guests would like to dine in the ABar Rooftop and offer food menus when applicable.
  • Ensuring that mise-en-place levels are kept to standards.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items.
  • Assisting the sommelier in beverage service.

As a Cocktail Server, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
