### Job Title: Team Leader

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic logistics team in Berkshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing warehouse functions, supervising operatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage a team of operatives and agency staff to achieve operational targets and deadlines
* Utilize systems such as JD Edwards, Excel, Webfocus, and Outlook to enable efficient operation
* Oversee replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, returns, and shipping processes
* Understand resource requirements based on forecasts and complete daily booking of agency staff
* Ensure accurate reporting and payment of staff hours
* Maintain quality, health, and safety procedures, and report incidents accurately and timely
* Develop the team through annual reviews, regular performance conversations, and ad hoc training

#### Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in supervising a team in a warehouse or distribution centre environment
* Excellent communication and technical skills, with knowledge of E-commerce and distribution
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible approach to work, with willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
