Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial sectors. They will build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
  • Specifying energy-efficient solutions and creating business cases that demonstrate a clear return on investment for clients.
  • Organising and attending site surveys, developing detailed quotes and proposals as needed.
  • Fostering referral partnerships with contractors and installers to expand business opportunities.
  • Planning and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitoring projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet customer requirements and specifications.
  • Managing and mitigating project-level risks effectively.
  • Liaising with partners and end-users post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Essential Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a pre/post-sales role within the HVAC industry, with circa 10 years of experience. They will have knowledge of HVAC industry, technical knowledge of a variety of HVAC solutions, and experience of selling commercial/industrial HVAC solutions/heating systems to end users and contractors.

They will also have a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and/or budgets, and be able to work in a B2B environment. The head office is based in Manchester, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the office on Mondays and Fridays, with the rest of the week being flexible.
