Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom

• Support residents with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

• At least one year of experience working in an elderly care home

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
