- Administer Medications Safely: Manage and administer medications, adhering strictly to MAR sheets and protocols.

- Promote Independence and Autonomy: Support residents in daily activities, encouraging them to maintain their independence while providing hands-on assistance as needed.
- Act on Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Be responsive to team input, ensuring resident health and well-being are always prioritized and that our care is continually improving.
- Champion Respect and Dignity: Uphold the dignity and individuality of every resident, advocating for their needs and preferences.
- Encourage Engagement and Social Interaction: Facilitate social interactions and activities, enriching the lives of our residents and creating a vibrant community.
- Prioritize Safety and Security: Maintain a vigilant eye on health and safety, ensuring a secure environment for all.
- Support Nutrition and Hydration: Advocate for balanced nutrition and hydration, monitoring residents at risk of weight changes or dehydration.
- Respond to Emergencies with Confidence: Be prepared to act swiftly in emergencies, utilizing the on-call system and reflective practices to continually improve our care.
- You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN.
- You have a passion for care and a dedication to improving the lives of our residents.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds.
- You are a natural leader, with the ability to guide and support your team in delivering exceptional care.
