Job Summary

The successful candidate will drive the development of new service pathways, workforce models, and digital healthcare innovations, working closely with the Programme Director and a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to key workstreams including Service Transformation, Workforce, Digital, and Operations, ensuring seamless integration across all areas of the redevelopment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure the new hospital model aligns with the Trust's Clinical Strategy and delivers high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with national and regional NHS bodies, local authorities, and healthcare partners to ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable outcomes.
  • Manage programme risks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with governance and quality benchmarks across the workstreams.
