Job Title: Nights Construction Lead

Job Summary:

The HHRP Enabling Works Workstream Lead will provide construction and commercial leadership to the Enabling Works Programme. This role involves overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with best practices, and aligning all milestones to NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the strategic delivery of the construction and commercial elements of the HHRP Enabling Works Programme.
  2. Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
  3. Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and best value for money.
  4. Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the programme.
  5. Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration across project teams.
  6. Oversee budget management for the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  7. Provide strategic advice on construction and commercial matters to influence organisational decisions and initiatives.
  8. Lead the procurement and management of construction contracts, ensuring alignment with best practices and government frameworks.
  9. Monitor and report on project progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
