Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Coordinator to join our team at Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their service needs, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Request Management: Allocate and manage service requests from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinating with Technicians: Schedule work with technicians and engineers, ensuring SLA agreements are met and jobs are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients via email and phone, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage diaries, upload jobs, allocate appointments, and complete documentation, ensuring all administrative tasks are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Stock Management: Ensure technicians and engineers have the necessary materials and stock to complete work, minimizing delays and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
