Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist / Service Receptionist, your role will involve:
- Assisting clients with inquiries and providing technical information.
- Delivering updates on vehicle progress.
- Promoting Service Plans and additional services.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Customer Service Specialist / Service Receptionist, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the main dealer network.
- A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and sales.
Compensation:
The dealership offers a competitive base salary of up to £28,000, along with additional uncapped bonuses for hours sold, upselling, and service plan sales, with total earnings potential between £32,000 and £35,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, with only one in four Saturday mornings required.
