We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Ethics Officer to join our team at Educators Wales. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the implementation of robust systems and procedures within our business department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Coordination: You will be the point of contact for the coordination of business processes, ensuring the effective implementation of systems and procedures to support our business delivery team.
- Office Systems and Administration: You will devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing, produce project documents, briefing papers, and presentations as required.
- Reporting and Analysis: You will support the production of monthly verification and management reports, analyzing data to inform business decisions and organizing meetings to ensure stakeholders are well-prepared.
- Audit and Compliance: You will work with our Learning and Development Solutions team to prepare for internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments, maintaining records and data as required.
- Business Expertise: You will maintain a thorough knowledge of our organization, projects, and awarding body eligibility requirements, serving as a subject expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Business Development: You will contribute to the planning and support of marketing activities to promote business development, including networking events and social media engagement.
- Language Skills: While Welsh language skills are not required, they are welcomed, and applications submitted in Welsh will not be treated less favorably than those in English.
