Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our housing projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager in planning and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor construction progress to meet safety standards and building regulations, identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Assist in managing resources, including materials and labor, to optimize site efficiency and minimize waste.
- Help maintain accurate project records and compliance documentation, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager position, preferably 3+ years.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mentality, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management are advantageous, but not essential.
