Experienced Children's Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with vulnerable children and their families, providing support and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective plans to support children and families
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a strong background in working with vulnerable children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £39 - £43 per hour, DOE
- Hybrid working arrangements
- Mileage reimbursement
