Position Overview

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the voices of patients and caregivers are central to our operations. In this role, you will be a key member of the Patient Experience and Engagement Team, focused on ensuring that patient feedback shapes the care provided by the Trust.

Key Responsibilities

As the Patient Relations Manager, you will oversee the formal complaints process within the Trust, ensuring compassionate interactions with patients and their significant others. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all complaints are addressed efficiently, with empathy, and in accordance with NHS regulations.

Supported by your team, you will manage the complete lifecycle of complaints, from initial receipt to resolution, collaborating closely with both clinical and non-clinical teams to guarantee a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

You will work in partnership with the Patient Experience and Engagement Data Lead and the Head of Patient Experience to significantly contribute to the development of the patient experience function, aiding service groups in the implementation of the Patient Experience and Engagement Strategy.
