About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PALS Advisor to join our dynamic team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of the Patient Experience and Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the patient and carer voice is at the centre of all we do.

Main Responsibilities

As a PALS Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of PALS enquiries, from initial receipt through to resolution. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.

Key Skills and Qualities

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in patient care and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient experience.
