We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our site senior management team, you will be responsible for leading the on-site team covering customer, production planning, inbound material planning, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to ensure seamless supply chain operations
  • Liaise closely with peers and support divisional and group-driven activities
  • Work on various projects, including inventory reduction, digitalization, and consignment introduction
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve business targets and engage the workforce

Requirements

  • Degree-level or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in a similar role
  • SAP knowledge preferred, but other MRP systems acceptable
  • Supply chain knowledge and experience in a large, fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
