Belong is a pioneering not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older adults, specialising in dementia care. As we embark on a period of growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Belong Chester.

About the Role

You will be working in one of our households with a warm and friendly team as a Senior Carer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of older adults, providing excellent person-centred care and supporting them to live independently.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Managing medication and ensuring accurate records
  • Cooking and preparing meals for residents
  • Delivering dementia care and support
  • Deputising for the Team Leader as required
  • Uploading day-to-day details on care plans
