**About the Job**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Specialist, you will provide personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them live independently with dignity.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide one-to-one support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
* Work towards an NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care
* Collaborate with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care
