Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Handling Field Service Engineer to join our team at Stacatruc. As a key member of our Service Department, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a range of material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Conduct thorough examinations and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Diagnose and resolve faults on a range of material handling products
  • Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide prompt solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the parts team to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Utilize diagnostic computer skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field
  • Diagnostic computer skills
  • Qualified in related field or similar years' experience
  • Able to work unsupervised as required
  • Experience in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering in heavy goods / plant machinery / automotive
