This pivotal role involves collaborating with the employee relations team to ensure adherence to labor regulations and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, performance evaluations, and workplace disputes.
- Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into employee concerns and allegations, ensuring a fair and prompt resolution.
- Support compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and industry best practices in all employee relations activities.
- Provide guidance to managers and staff on employee relations challenges, facilitating conflict resolution and enhancing workplace dynamics.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of all employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training initiatives aimed at educating managers and employees on best practices in employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Human Resources support capacity, ideally within a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
