They are looking for a dedicated, full-time Accounts Finance Coordinator who can operate independently and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers.
  • Generating and dispatching invoices.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing VAT returns.
  • Managing expense reports.
  • Posting transactions in the cashbook.
  • Assisting in the preparation of month-end financial statements.

Desired Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Preferably part or fully AAT qualified.
  • Experience in a high-paced supplier or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
