We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead for a vibrant and newly established hotel in Hoxton, known for its artistic flair and cultural significance. The 26-floor art'otel Hoxton offers stunning skyline views, extensive gallery space, and features two Banksy originals on public display. With 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym, and two exceptional dining venues, this is a unique opportunity.

As our Customer Experience Lead, you will enjoy:
