Customer Experience Lead

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Designate Part-time Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge London Beckton.
About the RoleAs a Designate Part-time Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating our hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with our hotel teams to create personal development plans, recruit and onboard new team members, and ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet our brand standards. You will also be responsible for reviewing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted action plans to drive growth and excellence.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £28,000 FTE
- Annual bonus up to 13% by achieving KPI targets
