This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical organization. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance sales within primary care settings.

To accomplish this, you will develop and implement a strategic business plan aimed at driving sales throughout the designated region.

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, collaborating to create tailored solutions that address their needs, thereby boosting company revenue through the promotion of our Respiratory Portfolio, in alignment with the UK marketing strategy and locally tailored customer initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, directing them to essential resources such as educational materials, medical assistance, collaborative opportunities, and value-added services.
- Champion the Voice of the Customer by actively listening, learning, and responding to client feedback and requirements.
- Formulate account strategies for targeted Primary Care Networks (PCNs), practice clusters, and individual practices.
- Cultivate partnerships with clients, positioning them as preferred respiratory care partners.
- Innovate both digital and in-person engagement methods, leveraging new technologies and insights from customer interactions.
- Understand client challenges and work collaboratively to develop suitable co-created solutions, including service offerings and educational projects.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), encompassing Sales, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Project Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.

Our client is a research-driven pharmaceutical company with experienced field teams across the UK, committed to ethical practices and social responsibility. They offer a diverse range of medications within Cardiovascular, Neonatal, Transplantation, and Respiratory sectors.

Qualifications:

- ABPI Qualified
- Valid UK Driving License

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a pharmaceutical sales role.
- Demonstrated success in sales within Primary Care.
- Comprehensive understanding of the NHS landscape and client priorities.
- Familiarity with the designated region and its clientele.
- Clinical and market knowledge, particularly in the Respiratory therapeutic area.
- Strong business acumen and planning capabilities.
- Proficient selling and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships across key customer segments.
- Effective territory management skills through Key Account Management.
