We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to become a part of our esteemed dealership.
Working HoursThe role requires availability from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week. Sundays will involve a shift from 10 am to 4 pm on a rotational basis.
Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation package includes the use of a company vehicle and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £55,000, which comprises a basic salary of £25,000.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure every client feels valued by identifying how our vehicles can enhance their lifestyle.
- Match customers with the ideal vehicle, ensuring they receive the necessary features and enhancements.
- Maximize sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up communications, incoming inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads.
- Achieve monthly performance indicators related to unit sales, profit margins, finance options, and additional products.
- Comply with company regulations regarding FCA and data protection by accurately gathering customer and vehicle information to enhance our customer database.
This position may be suitable for individuals with experience in automotive sales, retail management, or sales leadership roles. A valid UK driving license is required.
While prior experience in the automotive sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
