Educational Recruitment Coordinator

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an Educational Recruitment Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment initiatives and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the recruitment team to facilitate all recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and effective support for Hiring Managers.
- Manage recruitment administration tasks, including posting job advertisements, refining job descriptions, and preparing recruitment materials.
- Coordinate interview schedules, engaging with candidates and conducting safeguarding interviews as necessary.
- Work in conjunction with the HR team to ensure all pre-employment checks are completed and relevant documentation is processed efficiently.
- Utilize various platforms for job postings, including online job boards and local media.
- Assist in the creation and editing of job descriptions and recruitment brochures using design software.
- Support targeted candidate searches and maintain accurate records within the recruitment software.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Compile and analyze recruitment statistics to share with the HR team.
- Generate offer letters and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Engage in projects aimed at enhancing recruitment practices and team performance.
This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, with a standard schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The role is office-based, ensuring close collaboration with the team.
Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong interest in recruitment technology.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with design software, particularly InDesign, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
