Position Overview: As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a dedicated HR team responsible for supporting various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough and compliant recruitment checks for prospective employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is processed efficiently.
  • Entering new hires into the HR Information System and coordinating with payroll, IT, and security to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Managing updates and changes within the HR Information System, including drafting correspondence for salary adjustments and promotions.
  • Assisting with the annual salary review process, including preparing and distributing relevant documentation.
  • Addressing daily inquiries and guiding staff to appropriate resources or policies, while escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Processing employee departures, including updating records and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Supporting the HR team in gathering and analyzing metrics related to HR activities.
  • Assisting with recruitment initiatives, which may involve scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, and participating in the interview process.
  • Contributing to HR projects and managing individual tasks as assigned.
  • Providing support to the broader HR team as required.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of individuals.
  • Upholding principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion in all HR practices.

Work Schedule: This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, operating from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
