We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Designer to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of end-to-end services that are inclusive, accessible, and planet-friendly
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects and ensure effective project management
  • Contribute to the development of our Service Design practice, quality standards, and how our disciplines work together
  • Advocate for Service Design within our parent organization, NECSWS, and clarify how the practice works with the rest of the business
  • Direct and lead complex, high-value projects and ensure effective collaboration with other disciplines
  • Build and support the service design team, mentoring, line managing, and recruiting colleagues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other leaders and teams within NEC Digital Studio and across the organization
Requirements
  • Significant experience in delivering service design projects
  • Expertise in user-centred journeys and experiences, research, strategy and systems thinking, facilitation, visual communication, written communication, recommendation and implementation, prototyping, stakeholder management, and managing complexity and ambiguity
  • Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to lead conversations and look for ways to participate and add value
  • Awareness of collaboration, growth, strategy, and values
