Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR support to senior leaders, managers, and employees, ensuring a high-quality service that aligns with the company's culture and values.
  • Lead the HR team, providing guidance and coaching to enable them to deliver employee relations, workforce management, and employee engagement activities effectively.
  • Oversee the management of all Employee Relations (ER) cases, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Offer professional advice and guidance on HR matters to employees at all levels, maintaining confidentiality and consistency.
  • Ensure that all HR activities are carried out in line with the company's culture and values, prioritizing the student experience.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in an HR Management role.
  • Extensive Employee Relations knowledge and practical experience gained through working in an HR Advisor role.
  • Proficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a thorough and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Substantial experience working in a generalist HR role, with the ability to demonstrate the application of HR policy in practice.
