Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Leader to join our team at Intelix. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technology and business transformations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Technology Strategy: Design and implement technology and digital strategies to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Lead Technology Transformations: Oversee the transformation of legacy systems to modernized cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, leading a team of developers and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, leveraging expertise in technology and vendor management.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with diverse business sponsors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to achieve consensus and drive business outcomes.
  • Communicate Complex Topics: Effectively convey technical information to senior and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience in Technology Transformation: Proven track record of transforming legacy systems to modernized cloud platforms.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading teams of developers and architects, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in cloud technologies, including GCP, Azure, and AWS, as well as experience in PAAS and SAAS environments.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
